Pizza crust

Gluten free and pizza crust don’t usually together. We love homemade pizza so I persisted until we got it to work.

Pizza crust
1 Tbsp yeast
2 Tbsp warm water
3/4 cup water
2 1/3 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp oil

Put all in mixer bowl in order listed. I let this mix in my mixer until it forms a ball. This dough will appear wet do not add extra flour!! It should be sticky to the touch. I let the mix for about 3 minutes. Then cover with a towel and let rise to 20 mins. Put flour down on the table and roll out or roll directly into cookie sheet. Pre bake the crust for 10 min at 400. Then top and bake until all the cheese melts.

We roll the crust thin this helps it to be crispy!
This amount will make one small cookie sheet crust.
